Enrollment Procedure

Enrollment is accepted throughout the year. Available student positions are filled on a first come, first served basis.

We are currently accepting new students for Spring, Summer and Fall 2020.

A site visit is required of the parents or primary care givers. Call to schedule an appointment to visit our school - 916-771-3889

Our enrollment process is as follows:

1. Site Visit
Parents are encouraged to schedule an appointment for a site visit. This consists of a tour of the school and observation of our children at work. Walk-in visitors are discouraged and are referred to the appointment calendar. This is to minimize disruptions to our learning environment. To schedule a site visit, call or e-mail us.

Telephone: 916-771 3889 (Monday-Friday, 7.00am-5.30pm)
E-mail: ronnieb@surewest.net

Site visits are usually scheduled between 8.30am and 4:30 pm. We ask for both parents/primary care givers to attend. Parents should arrive without children for the initial visit (non-mobile infants excepted). This allows you to focus on the activities in the classroom and not split your attention between the classroom and your child.  Children are welcome to visit at a later date. Please plan to stay 45-60 minutes with us.

2. Paperwork & Registration Fee Submission
Submit required paperwork with non-refundable registration fee of $160.00 to secure your place for the Fall class. The registration fee is non-refundable/non-transferable for monthly tuition, late fees, additional class time etc. Registration fees are prorated from September 1 of each year.

3. Orientation
Children will attend an orientation prior to first day of school.  Orientation generally begins about 5:45 in the afternoon, when all students have departed for the day.  This allows the new student to focus on the orientation and the words and actions of the teacher without distraction. This will take about 45-60 minutes. A parent/primary caregiver will need to be stay with the child during the orientation.

4. Submission of Supply Fee & Deposit

The supply fee of $125.00 is due August 1st of each year. It is non-refundable and pro-rated upon entry into class.

A deposit of the total of two weeks of the child's enrolled schedule is due on the child's first day of attendance. This deposit will be applied to the child's last two weeks attendance at school when written notice of withdrawal is provided.

We look forward to welcoming you to our Community!
